What are the requirements to be an RSS GoGuard?
- Age from 21 to 55 years old with minimum qualification Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM).
- Ex-military, Ex-Police and security are encouraged to apply.
- Malaysian Citizen
- Normal BMI with a minimum heights of 5 feet 4 inches (Man) & 5 feet 2 inches (woman).
- Own a smartphone with data connection and a bank account is a must.
- Have a positive mind set.
- Candidate able to work within Kuala Lumpur & Selangor
- Able to travel independently
- Must have good communication and customer service skill.
- Neat & presentable is a must.
- Integrity
- Candidate should have a clean health.

FAQs to be an RSS GoGuard

Our office will let you know once you are qualified to be an RSS GoGuard.
There will be no charge during enrolment, however you are required to have a start-up cost of RM190.00 for a pair of RSS GoGuard attire which consists of boots, RSS GoGuard T-shirts & khakis pants.This will be your personal attire to be used during your service.
No, RSS GoGuard is an open application both male and female
Yes you can, as long you are able and available at the preferred location and time for the service.
Once registration is approved, the office will call you for a 3 days induction training by our certified trainer. Upon passing a basic test after the program, we will provide you RSS GoGuard attires once you make the payment and our office will take your portfolio to be updated for service booking.
There will be a 3 day compulsory training that covers RSS GoGuard modules.
Your attendance for our 3 day compulsory training is required to maintain the standard of service of RSS GoGuard. Subsequently there will be more e-learning sessions and points system to ensure you have the credit hours and continuous assessment. There is also a promotion to be a senior RSS GoGuard where the pricing will be different
Yes, you can choose your working hours,based on your preference, provide there are client bookings for your preferred hours and days.
The minimum hours you need to secure per assignment is 6 hours and you will also be paid minimum 6 hours per service or more, depending on the booking hours.
Yes, if you refer your friend and family to be an RSS GoGuard. The referral fees will be paid if he/she is qualified and approved to be an RSS GoGuard.
There is an Apps for RSS GoGuard where you can key in start job and end job. This function will serve as your proof for payment for your service.
We will share with you during our induction session after we receive your application. The fee will be open to all RSS GoGuard depending on the tasks required by the client. However, we would like to inform that all travelling costs incurred by you to be at client’s preferred location will be at your own costs.This platform is to ease your booking to ensure you only decide to provide services at your preferred location and preferred time. As we treat you as a business owner, we will deem that you have considered your costs when you take any bookings.
The office will pay all RSS GoGuard every Wednesday based on prior week time-sheet. All payments will go direct to your bank account.
You can call our operation office for support and assistance. A panic button on the Apps will be developed soon and it will be auto direct to the Police, Hospitals, Bomba and Management office.
